Terms of Service

By creating an account on Page 101 ("the Platform", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Page 101 is a Spanish-language social reading network where you can log books, write reviews, create lists, follow other readers, and discover books. Some commerce features (for example marketplace or Page Box) may be off or in trial depending on the moment; if they become permanently available, we will publish additional terms on payments, shipping, and returns.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Platform’s social features (logging reads, reviews, lists, following others, etc.).

You must be at least 18 years old to buy, sell, or make payments on the Platform (for example Marketplace, Page Box, or other commerce or paid subscription features, when available).

Information you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the reviews, lists, and other content you publish.

By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform (for example in your followers’ feed or on a book page).

You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing of third-party rights, spam, or harassment.

We may remove content that violates these terms and suspend accounts that engage in repeated abuse.

Notes marked private in your reading diary are visible only to you. We do not share them with other users or display them publicly under any circumstance, except pursuant to a valid legal requirement.

If you use the feature to import your history from another platform (for example Goodreads), you are responsible for having the right to use and share that data with us. We do not verify the accuracy of imported content.

You may block other users; this restricts mutual interaction (see our Privacy Policy for how that information is processed).

You may report content or accounts you believe violate these terms. We review reports, though we cannot guarantee a specific response time during launch.

During closed beta or early launch, some features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. We use this stage to improve the Platform before a broader launch.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data or at /eliminar-cuenta on the web. Deletion is immediate. You may also email page101club@gmail.com if you need help. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice except in serious cases.

Page 101 is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of catalog information obtained from external sources (Open Library, Google Books, etc.).

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the Platform or by email at least 15 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to rights you may have under the law of your country of residence if it is more protective.
